Fitness Happy Hour: BOSU Pilates
CLASS TYPE: Mind Body/Strength


BOSU Pilates is a dynamic fusion of traditional Pilates exercises and balance training using the BOSU ball. This class will enhance core strength, stability, and flexibility while improving coordination and overall body control. Some familiarity with Pilates is recommended but class is suitable for all fitness levels. BOSU Pilates challenges your muscles in new ways to help bring your fitness to a new level!

Lisa is a Stott Pilates certified Pilates instructor and a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning® instructor. She has worked in the fitness industry for over twenty years.
