Through plank variations, standing balances, and deep core engagement, this class will help you build a strong foundation—both physically and mentally. All levels are welcome to join in this fun class opportunity to reconnect and recenter.

Andrea is currently a 4th year undergraduate student at SDSU studying Computer Science. After practicing yoga for a couple of years, Andrea grew a passion for the practice of yoga, and it became more than just an exercise. She completed her 200RYT certificate through CorePower Yoga. Andrea’s Sankalpa, or teaching mission, is to hold space with good energy, love, and compassion. Through her classes, she strives to help individuals discover the joy of self-discovery and movement through yoga while holding a safe space for exploration.
