CLASS TYPE: Mind Body/Cardio/Strength
Join us for a Heated Pilates Sculpt class that brings the burn in all the right ways! Set to a fire playlist, this class combines the core-strengthening focus of Pilates with light resistance and sculpting movements—all in a heated studio to help you sweat, stretch, and strengthen. Expect low-impact, high-reward moves like glute bridges, leg lifts, pulses, and planks with a touch of spice to sculpt and strengthen.

Sofia Carmenate
Class Instructor
Sofia Carmenate is a current Junior majoring in Psychology, with minors in Counseling/Social Change & Child Family Development. Sofia has a background teaching dance and is ACE Group Fitness-Certified. Her favorite formats to teach are cycle & strength classes. She hopes to soon be able to teach Yoga Sculpt, Barre, and Pilates. She is passionate about health and wellness as well as the mind-body connection associated with physical activity. In her classes, Sofia emphasizes the importance of working out to feel good, relieve stress, and obtain confidence! Her goal as an instructor is to help her students feel comfortable, included, and most importantly having fun during her classes to good music! In her spare time, she's hanging out with friends, going to swim in the ocean, or dancing!
