Heated Pilates Sculpt
CLASS TYPE: Mind Body/Cardio/Strength


In this mat-based class you will improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination in a heated studio environment with temperatures reaching up to 95. Experience exercises designed to maximize core strength, while sculpting the muscles of the trunk and hips. Be sure to bring a towel and a full bottle of water, and arrive on time—no late entry allowed.
