Diana Flores
Class Instructor
Diana graduated from Southwestern College with an Associates in Kinesiology, and is attending SDSU pursuing her B.S. in Kinesiology! She is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor specializing in HIIT, indoor cycling, and strength training. Diana is also a 500-Hour certified Pilates instructor, holding a certification through the Pilates Method Alliance.
Along with leading group fitness classes, Diana is a competitive strongman athlete competing all over the country! With the combination of strongman, a background in intercollegiate cross country running, and Pilates, Diana loves to incorporate strength, endurance, and flexibility into her classes to help individuals find their true potential by pushing to the limit!
