Nancy Yang
Class Instructor


Nancy is an ASFA-certified Group Fitness and Boot Camp Instructor with certifications in a variety of dance fitness formats, including Zumba®, U-Jam, MixxedFit Level 1&2, GROOV3, K-Pop Fitness, NATIBU TROPIXX, and CIRCL Mobility™.

Since beginning her journey as a dance fitness instructor in 2014, Nancy has shared her passion both nationally and internationally—teaching and inspiring participants across the U.S. and abroad. She currently serves as the liaison for GainsFit Retreat, coordinating and representing multiple events in San Diego, Las Vegas, the Bay Area, and Cancún, Mexico.

As the Director of Jam Diego, Nancy is dedicated to bringing the community together through dance, promoting unity, inclusion, and a no-judgment environment in all her classes. Beyond the studio, she has organized numerous fundraising events and led performances for various organizations.

Nancy’s mission is to inspire others through kindness and empathy—encouraging everyone to believe in themselves, embrace who they are, and always pay it forward.
