Come ride and groove to your favorite Just Dance tunes. Just Dance Cycle Core is a high-energy, rhythm-driven cardiovascular workout perfect for all fitness levels. Pedal through sprints, hills, intervals, and more while moving to energizing, dance-inspired music that will make you sweat and smile. This class is a great opportunity to build both muscular strength and endurance in the legs through 30 minutes of cycling. Finish off this beginner-friendly workout with 15 minutes of abdominal work! This fun ride combines the excitement of dance with the power of cycling, keeping you motivated from start to finish. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. No experience required!

Whitley became an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor after completing the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor Training course with Aztec Recreation. As an undergraduate kinesiology student with a passion for fitness, Whitley is excited by the opportunity to create and share group fitness classes with her peers. Informed by her background as a track and field athlete, Whitley loves teaching Cardio/Strength focused classes, especially HIIT. Whitley’s main goal is to create a fun and inclusive environment where everyone can learn something new, work hard, and have fun!
