The class begins by reinforcing foundational movements, then progressively builds intensity, control, and challenge as it flows. Prior Pilates experience is recommended for those ready to push their strength, stability, and mind-body connection a step further.

Lisa is a Stott Pilates certified Pilates instructor and a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning® instructor. She has worked in the fitness industry for over twenty years.
