Are you new to strength training or looking to build a solid foundation in the weight room? This introductory class is open to all and will guide you through essential lifts like the squat, deadlift, and other compound movements, with a focus on proper form and technique. This class is perfect for beginners who want to gain confidence and improve their strength. Join us in the Performance Center to start your strength journey!

Alice Prasertsintana
Class Instructor


Alice is a current sophomore majoring in Kinesiology on the pre-PT track and is an international student from Thailand. She has a strong background in strength training and group fitness, with a particular interest in powerlifting and functional movement. Alice is passionate about helping others build strength, improve movement quality, and feel confident in their bodies. She believes exercise should be both empowering and sustainable, and emphasizes proper form, intentional movement, and listening to your body. Her goal as an instructor is to create a supportive and motivating environment where participants can challenge themselves, feel confident, and enjoy the process of getting stronge.
