Class Instructor
Callie is a current undergraduate student majoring in Psychology with a minor in Counseling and Social Change. She is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and completed the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor Training Course through Aztec Recreation. Callie is passionate about helping others discover that working out can be both enjoyable and meaningful, with a strong emphasis on the mental health benefits of movement. She believes exercise is a powerful tool for stress relief, self-confidence, and overall well-being. As an instructor, Callie strives to create an inclusive, uplifting environment where participants can move their bodies, have fun, support their mental health, and leave class feeling stronger both physically and mentally.
