This heated class (up to 104 degrees) incorporates hand weights and signature yoga postures to help build lean muscle mass, boost metabolism, and enhance flexibility. Bring water and towel. No late entry.

Class Instructor
Alex Moler graduated from SDSU with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, Fitness Specialist. She is currently in the masters program at SDSU studying exercise physiology and nutritional sciences! In the future, she plans on working as a dietitian. And as a fitness instructor, she hopes to inspire others to stay active, healthy and reach their fitness goals while participating in a safe and welcoming environment.
