This class uses breath-synchronized movement to create internal heat and enhance focus while the studio temperature is elevated to promote deep stretching and detoxification. Flow through dynamic sequences that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Bring a towel, a full water bottle, and an open mind as you experience the transformative power of movement in a heated space. No late entry allowed.

Alyssa Bilotti
Class Instructor
Alyssa graduated from SDSU with a Bachelors of Arts in Journalism. She became an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor after completing the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor training course at the ARC. She competed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and enjoys teaching heated yoga classes. She has a 15 year background as a competitive dancer and strives to continue her fitness journey through teaching classes. She loves helping others and wants to help them to achieve their fitness goals!
