Class Instructor
Sam is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who recently completed her degree in Kinesiology (pre-physical therapy) at SDSU. After taking her first Yoga class at the ARC in 2019, she fell in love with the practice and 4 years later decided to become a Yoga teacher herself. Her goal in teaching Yoga is to bring her own experience full circle and share her love for Yoga and mindfulness with the same community that inspired her journey. She utilizes her role as a teacher to inspire students to connect deeply with themselves and to trust that they can overcome both internal and external challenges. When she isn't practicing or teaching Yoga, Sam is hiking, studying, painting, or enjoying a beach day in the beautiful San Diego weather.
