This version of flowing yoga is taught in a heated studio with temperatures reaching up to 104 degrees. Bring a towel and water, and get ready to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. No late entry.

Alyssa Bilotti
Class Instructor
Alyssa is from the San Francisco Bay Area and is a current undergraduate student at SDSU. She became an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor after completing the ENS 138 Group Fitness Instructor training course at the ARC. She has a 15 year background as a competitive dancer and strives to continue her fitness journey and her love of movement through teahcing classes. She loves helping others and wants to help them to achieve their fitness goals!
